Deputy Minister of Tax Revenues: The VAT law is still in force and those subject to this law are required to comply with it.

"
He added: "The VAT law is being implemented as in previous years, and economic actors subject to this law are obliged to comply with the VAT law approved on 02/17/2008 and its subsequent amendments and additions."
The Deputy Minister of Tax Revenues of the Tax Affairs Organization of the country emphasized: the eligible taxpayers must continue to submit quarterly tax returns in accordance with the previous procedure within the set legal deadline.
Masihi also pointed out at the end: According to the approvals of the forty-fifth session of the National Corona Headquarters (dated 01/09/2016), the deadline for submitting the third-party VAT declaration (fall of 1399) and the payment of the relevant tax has been extended for one month. .
