Activist with a history of the stone and ore industry: The issue of delaying producer stagnation in addition to paying VAT is really cruel.

According to the Iranian International Stone Exhibition, Hossein Mahmoudi, an activist with experience in the stone and ore industry, said in an exclusive interview with the Iranian Stone News Agency: The machines manufactured for the stone and mining industry in Iran have made significant improvements over the past, but the price They are still very expensive compared to machines imported from overseas, and as these machines are manufactured domestically, they are expected to be priced lower.

He added: "Of course, locally manufactured machines have the advantage over foreign machines that have excellent after-sales service and can always apply for their after-sales service."

He said: Due to the downturn in the stone and construction market, mass production is not allowed in this market and will certainly fail. Mass production can be put on the agenda when there is a boom in the market and seen objectively.

He continued: "In this small market, it can continue to operate as long as it has capital, but when its capital runs out, it has to close because there is no customer to buy. Lack of liquidity is one of the biggest problems for manufacturers.

Mining and stone industry activist said: In some cases it has been seen that the tax office is using non-specialist taxpayers to determine value added tax, people who do not have expertise in the field, and with their own misconceptions of the manufacturer. They bother.

Mahmoudi said in the discussion of VAT that the manufacturer should not pay this tax, the tax office, in addition to collecting this tax from the manufacturer if not received in time, twice or more. It determines the delay. Sometimes the delay is greater than the value added tax the government has set for the unit of production.

He continued: "The problem of delaying production during the downturn in addition to paying VAT is really cruel." If the producer had sales and the market for his product prospered, he would pay taxes that he would not have to pay late. Unfortunately, the tax office does not pay attention to the problems of the producer and the stagnation of the market.
