Managing Director of Iran International Stone Exhibition: Countries with a large population of cis can be one of the most important target markets of Iran's stone industry.

According to Iran Stone International Exhibition, Behnam Nikfar, Director of Iran International Stone Exhibition, in an exclusive interview with Iranian Stone News Agency stated: After the liquidation of banks of different countries, banks have gradually opened up and now with many banks European and Asian countries established financial transactions. These measures have led to a 15 percent growth in exports in the stone industry, and I expect this number to reach 40 percent by the end of the year.

He added: Many companies and factories that work in the field of stone production and processing with a serious and significant commitment to increase exports to participate in exhibitions abroad and participation in these exhibitions increased compared to last year. .

Managing Director of Iran International Stone Exhibition continued: "CIS countries with a very large population can be one of the most important target markets for the Iranian stone industry." Architects and engineers in these countries have put the use of ornamental stones on their agenda, and Iranian craftsmen can succeed in exporting stone to these countries.

He noted that the authorities of the two countries, Iran and Russia, have made great efforts to improve the trade relations between the two countries, which will have great results in the near future. For example, Russian customs costs for Iran have fallen sharply and banks can easily exchange money. Russian banks have also announced that they will lend to Iranian businessmen.

He noted that for ease of travel to Russia, the number of flights has increased and the price of airfare has decreased, which is very effective in communicating between the economic operators of the two countries.

"Exports are the only way out of the stagnant stone industry," he said. The government of men should focus more on domestic and foreign fairs and provide the basis for the presence of stone industry economic activists in these fairs.

He added: So far, Iran's stone industry has not taken any significant and effective efforts in international advertising, and efforts should be doubled in this regard. International publicity is currently low in the Iranian stone industry and needs to be increased.
