Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development: Twenty million people live in dilapidated areas in the country and now good facilities are provided for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of these areas.

Referring to the facilities for the renovation of worn-out structures, Abouri said: In urban regeneration, the government is undertaking the renovation of the structures by Maliki himself and the mass construction in two ways, and in this regard, he is considering facilities and is doing so.

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development added: The development of infrastructure and superstructure services in the neighborhoods is considered, which in the renovation of worn-out structures, facilities of two hundred and twenty million Tomans will be paid to mass construction that is qualified, and if this renovation is owned by Maliki For a city like Boroujerd, one hundred million facilities will be given, of which fifty million tomans will be offered with a profit of nine percent and fifty million with a profit of twelve percent.

He stated: If people evacuate the house for renovation, a housing deposit of 40% will be paid for 40 million Tomans.

Referring to the incentives for renovation of worn-out structures, Abouri said: with the coordination of the municipality, issuing licenses for worn-out structures is up to one hundred percent and also the costs of the engineering system are up to fifty percent free.

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development added: "Several ongoing projects were visited in Boroujerd today. It is the duty of the residents to take action.
