Zarandi explained: If this law is approved and it becomes operational, 90% of the export of raw materials will not be subject to any income tax exemption.

The Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade said: "Also, in order to complete the value chain, it was decided for the first time that the export of some intermediate goods that can complete the chain domestically, only 30% of their export revenue is included." The tax is zeroed and income tax is levied on the remaining 70% of export earnings.

Zarandi stated: With the approval and implementation of this law, the incentive to export raw materials and intermediate goods will be limited and will be managed according to industrial development policies.

The Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning added: "By giving priority to the supply of materials needed by the country's domestic industry, the completion of the value chain inside the country has been emphasized so that the export of raw materials is processed towards the export of processed minerals and final products with higher added value." Be guided that it will definitely provide higher income for the country and bring more employment.

In the end, he said: it was decided to prepare the list of raw materials in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and the Ministry of Economy and the Chamber of Commerce and submit it to the government for final approval.
