Chairman of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly: The comprehensive plan for the jump in housing production has been prepared in cooperation with the Civil and Economic Commission of the Assembly, in which we will advance the jump in the production of housing in the country.

According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pour-Ebrahimi on Thursday at the inauguration ceremony of the cooperative of Shahid Bahonar Hospital in Kerman added: He will enter the open court of the parliament soon.

He stated that we have a plan in the parliament regarding the jump in housing production: the tax on vacant houses and housing hoarding was approved by the Economic Commission and the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and with this measure, the supply of housing will increase and prices will decrease.

The representative of the people of Kerman and Ravar in the Islamic Consultative Assembly stated: Next Saturday, the amendment of the Guardian Council will be considered for this plan, which will have an impact on the housing situation of the country.

He said: MPs are next to the executive managers for any action of the governor in Kerman province and not in front of them, and with these programs, a production leap will occur in the housing cooperatives sector of the country.

He added: "The production capacity of the country's housing sector is very low compared to the need and Kerman province has a lower performance than the country and according to the need, we should have invested more in the field of housing."

Poorabrahimi continued: Annually, more than nine hundred thousand housing units are needed by the country to cover the current demand for housing.

He added: "The Minister of Roads and Urban Development, with appropriate and effective activity, will increase the annual housing production from more than three hundred thousand to four hundred and fifty thousand housing units.

He stated: The approvals of the meetings of the governor of Kerman in order to develop housing through cooperatives, had the problems of infrastructure development, and we ask the officials to address these needs.

The representative of the people of Kerman and Ravar in the Islamic Consultative Assembly said: the center of this province has more restrictions on IP than other regions and we are following the national section.

Referring to the upcoming visit of the Minister of Energy to Kerman, he clarified: Kerman water tension has become the main housing challenge in this city and has stopped housing development, for which a way must be considered.

Poorabrahimi added: "Part of the water resources can be supplied from the Caspian Sea and ninety-five percent of water consumption is used in agriculture and the rest in beverages and industry, which is insignificant, so a decision must be made for water in agriculture."

He continued: "Ninety percent of our irrigation is flooding that two thirds of water is wasted in the agricultural sector, so there is a need for basic decisions in this area."

He emphasized: After the implementation of the first line, the second line of water transfer from the Persian Gulf has started and large companies will start working and the third line will be done quickly, part of which is to supply drinking water to Kerman and supply this part of water. Can fund housing projects.

The one hundred and sixty-two-unit housing project for the staff of Shahid Bahonar Hospital was inaugurated on the occasion of Cooperation Week and in a ceremony attended by the Governor of Kerman, while celebrating the top cooperatives in the province.

In this ceremony, the governor of Kerman emphasized on the continuation of the applicants' housing supply program and said: the ratio of the share of housing facilities and the applicant's income should be reasonable.

The housing project of the staff of Shahid Bahonar Hospital has been constructed in six seven-storey blocks and twenty-one thousand nine hundred square meters of building infrastructure, and the total cost of construction of these units is twenty-four billion tomans.
