The value of exports of mines and mining industries in the first 10 months of this year reached more than five billion and 612 million dollars.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, based on Iran's customs statistics, in the first 10 months of this year, the export volume of the mining and mineral industries was more than 34 million and 90 thousand tons.

Export value in January

Studies show that in December of this year, in addition to 3.9 million tons of goods in the mining sector and mining industries worth more than 762 million and 296 thousand dollars were exported to target markets.

Ingots and steel products, copper cathodes and aluminum ingots have the largest share in the export of mining and mineral industries.

Other mining industries

According to the cited statistics, the share of other mining industries in the period of this report with a volume of more than 231 thousand and 101 tons was worth more than 386 million and 97 thousand dollars.

The government's policy is to avoid the sale of raw materials and the approach of achieving the highest added value from the export of the mining sector and the mining industry.

Non-metallic mining industry

 Also in the first 10 months of this year, exports of non-metallic mineral industries amounted to more than 6 million and 173 thousand tons, the value of which was recorded in addition to 214 million and 91 thousand dollars.

Previous statistics show that about 20% of the mining and mineral industries share the value of our country's non-oil exports.

According to the report, Iran had a total of 122 million and 790 thousand tons of goods worth 58 billion and 702 million dollars in foreign trade in the first 10 months of this year, with a share of 94 million and 541 thousand tons worth 28 billion and 63 million dollars and a share of imports. 28 million and 249 thousand tons of goods were worth 30 billion and 639 million dollars.
