The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization added: "With the outbreak of Corona in the first three months of this year, many countries closed their borders, and trade conditions improved after the world moved towards coexistence with this virus."

Zadboom continued: "Also, due to the outbreak of the corona, the GDP of the countries and consequently the amount of their imports decreased, which means that the reduction of the market means the reduction of the countries' exports."

Last year, foreign trade was $ 85 billion

The Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade reminded: Last year, the foreign trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran was equivalent to 85 billion dollars, of which 41.3 billion dollars were exports and 43.7 billion dollars were imports, and this is in the context that with the withdrawal of the United States from Borjam, Maximum pressure on the country had begun.

He emphasized: 85% of the country's imports are raw materials and intermediates that meet our production needs.

Zadboom continued: Bushehr province has the first rank of export among the provinces of the country, which although a large part of it is related to petrochemical exports, but high added value is created in this sector, which is very valuable for the country.

He added: "Exemplary exporters of the country and Bushehr province in the difficult conditions of the corona outbreak and the cruel sanctions of the enemy were able to operate and have currency for the country, which is very valuable and creating employment for the private sector is very important even for one person."

The head of the Trade Development Organization of Iran stated: On the day of export and announcement of sample exporters, in addition to appreciation and celebration, the problems of this group should also be addressed and plans and decisions should be made to remove export barriers.

Zadboom said: "Export difficulties in our country include three parts: structural problems, enemy actions and government issues, and it is not possible to highlight only mismanagement or sanctions because it is a large part of structural problems and economic thinkers and thinkers must address it."

He continued: "Iran's non-accession to the World Trade Organization has caused great damage to the expert body of the government and businessmen, because in the agreements of this organization, all trade laws have been developed and made available to members, and ignorance of these regulations can hit countries' exports." The suspension of Iranian dairy exports to Russia was due to the ignorance of one of the exporters.

The Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade announced: "In this regard, a meeting of the Non-Oil Export Development Council is held every week and issues and problems are reviewed."

Referring to the foreign exchange liabilities of exporters, he said: "Foreign exchange liabilities have been the responsibility of exporters since 1397, and to date, these regulations related to the return of foreign exchange have changed, and its issues must be resolved in a proper process."

Getting out of the rules of global trade is getting out of the trade

Acknowledging that any departure from the rules of world trade is a departure from the trade, Zadboom said: "However, due to the special circumstances of the country, we should try to minimize the damage caused by this law, because at the moment this law is mandatory." 

Regarding the issuance of business cards, he said: "The issuance of business cards should be more regular so that while removing the regulations that block the way, it is defined for that system so that it is not possible to comment on it."

The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization said: "Today, the country's exporters are waging jihad in an economic war and imposed sanctions, which is very valuable and worthy of praise."
