He added: "If this working group and special headquarters are set up, it can act according to the type of problem and barriers to production. For example, if the problem is bank debt, it should write to the bank and get a deadline, or if it is a legal issue, the judiciary can Take some of this responsibility, and if there is a problem with the rules and regulations, MPs should amend the law if it needs to be changed or revised.

According to Najaf, this special working group or headquarters, which is set up to investigate and monitor the problems of the production sectors, must be backed by the power of the system, and any order it issues must be enforceable at the national level.
