He announced: 9 billion tomans of credit has been invested in these mines and has directly created employment for 57 people.

The head of the Department of Mines of the Bushehr Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization said: 1,545,000 tons of minerals are extracted annually from these mines, most of which are carcasses and mountain debris.

Moradi added: "These minerals are mostly used for the construction of piers and sand processing units, helping to meet the high volume of projects in Bushehr province."

He stated: The main problem of these mines was the inability to exploit and not extract them, which was disqualified from the contractor due to the needs of the province, and with the re-holding of the auction, a new exploiter has been selected and exploited and extracted from them.

The head of the Mines Affairs Department of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of Bushehr Province reminded: At present, there are 15 exploration licenses, seven discovery certificates and 150 active mines in Bushehr Province.

Moradi added: the mixture of mountain (sand), building stones (carcasses - high-grade limestone), dovomite, cement raw materials and gypsum has the largest volume of extraction from the mines of Bushehr province.

He said: "One of the important needs of Bushehr mining sector is the lack of mineral processing units, which creates added value and investment and employment in this province, and the necessary arrangements and incentives for investment should be considered in this regard."
