The member of the board of directors of Fars Chamber of Commerce, emphasizing that in some parts of production we need marketing and branding in global markets, pointed out that this issue has high costs.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Yalda Rahdar, regarding the solutions to fulfill the slogan of the year, said: "In the world, governments usually pay the costs of participating in global markets, and for this reason, many global brands have branches in other countries."

The economic activist said that in the matter of production, what comes to mind is goods and services are forgotten, adding: "There is a common mistake that because the provision of services is more profitable than the production of goods, so its barriers are not paid much attention." , If a large part of the national wealth of each country is created by the service sector.

The head of the Technology, Information, Communication and Media Economy Commission of the Fars Chamber of Commerce, noting that the neglect of services has made the service sector smaller, weaker and in fact more uncompetitive, said: The most important part in the field Services are unloved and unloved, the tourism sector.

Liquidity supply is one of the most important barriers to production

Rahdar also answered the question, what are the obstacles to the production of goods and services? He said: "One of the most important issues that business owners always refer to and show their business environment in monitoring reports, is the issue of providing liquidity.

He continued: "Usually business owners need to provide part of their required liquidity through banking systems, but according to the rules and regulations and our patient banking system, this is usually provided fairly for all business owners." No, and those with more connections and influence are more likely to provide liquidity, otherwise liquidity is one of the most difficult barriers to production for start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses.

A member of the board of representatives of the Fars Chamber of Commerce added: "Given that the interest rates on bank loans are high and heavy collateral is required, businesses may usually not be able to afford bank interest rates."

Rahdar added: "Another issue that is isolating us day by day and making the situation more difficult and is one of the important barriers to production is the impossibility of currency and financial exchanges between producers and foreign partners."

According to a member of the board of the Fars Chamber of Commerce, when we are not able to exchange money, even if we export, our situation does not change, so this is a major obstacle to production.

Iran is a country of laws and regulations

Rahdar also pointed to the existence of contradictory laws and regulations as another obstacle to production and said that Iran is a country of laws and regulations, adding that these laws do not necessarily complement each other and sometimes are the main obstacle to production.

He said: "Last year, the Central Bank's People's Circular directives caused the country's exports to stagnate and we could not do export work, and some units went to the brink of destruction."

The member of the Board of Representatives of the Fars Chamber of Commerce continued: In these images, with what power should the producer both produce and spend time interpreting the directives and adapting them to his conditions?

Rahdar pointed out: "These large, strange and cumbersome laws have caused production in our country to face many problems, one of the biggest problems of production last year was the unjustifiable increase in domestic and foreign raw materials."

He added: "One of the things that strongly affects the cost of goods is packaging materials, and except for the paper used for cardboard, its raw materials are supplied by petrochemicals. Petrochemicals also raised the price of their products and in supply And the timely distribution of materials to producers does not feel responsible, and this has greatly affected the production of goods.

The corona destroyed much of the people's business

The head of the Technology, Information, Communication and Media Economics Commission of the Fars Chamber of Commerce said that another case that showed its impact on production last year was the rule of Covid بیماری disease and said: "Unfortunately, Corona destroyed a large part of people's business." And it affected the demand side and the production of goods and services also fell sharply, the purchasing power of the people also fell and we had a recession in the market, and this recession had very negative effects and many businesses could not continue.

Rahdar added: "When less than the main capacity is worked, overhead costs will definitely increase, and in this case, production costs will definitely increase, and finally this cycle will lead to an increase in the cost price of goods and eliminate the possibility of competition in domestic and foreign markets."

He also referred to the issue of taxes and said that we have been involved in the discussion of VAT in the country for several years, he said: the consumer was supposed to pay it, but due to the defective system and the presence of intermediaries in the market, this producer is again. Who must also pay VAT.

The member of the board of directors of Fars Chamber of Commerce also stated that we have many cultural and social barriers in the tourism sector, saying: on the one hand we want to encourage people to use tourism services and on the other hand the infrastructure is not available.

The expansion of recreation centers is not commensurate with the population

Rahdar continued: "The expansion of entertainment centers is not commensurate with our population, and even for receiving foreign tourists, sometimes we do not have the appropriate infrastructure, an example of which is the occupancy rate of hotels, and are our hotels commensurate with the needs of foreign tourists?" The dispersion of hotels in different areas and health infrastructure is one of the issues that should be considered.

The member of the Board of Representatives of Fars Chamber of Commerce also stated that the shape and image of businesses have changed in recent years, especially last year with the spread of the Corona pandemic and the absence of business premises, noting: The disease of suitable ICT beds has received more attention than ever, but unfortunately we have not invested enough in this field in recent years.

According to Rahdar, we still do not have proper internet access in many places, and the current internet is not fast at all and is not suitable for doing international business.

Iran's internet speed is not competitive with the world

He added: "When we leave Iran and find ourselves in a situation where we have to use high-speed Internet, we realize the difference in speed, and this difference in speed makes the businesses we define on the ICT platform very weak and uncompetitive with Be the world.

The head of the Technology, Information, Communication and Media Economy Commission of the Fars Chamber of Commerce stated: "Many of our factories still do not have proper telecommunication access. We also face telecommunication problems in all industrial towns of the province. To bring the infrastructure to the door of the town and after that it is the responsibility of the town itself! While this is a specialized job and it is not like that anywhere in the world.

Telecommunications does not consider itself a subset of the government

Rahdar said that during the outbreak of coronary heart disease, many units that wanted to change their type of work were not able to do so.

"One of the great weaknesses of the country is true in all provinces," he said, referring to the infrastructure, adding: "We always think that the Internet may be misused, while today the Internet is a business platform."

A member of the board of directors of Fars Chamber of Commerce called Telegram one of the social networks that is suitable for business and said: "Telegram has been filtered, while it is not clear why they should create a barrier and people should enter with a filter breaker to use it."

"Unfortunately, the situation in this part of the production, ie the parts that are based on technology, is very chaotic," Rahdar said. "In recent years, there has been a wave of support for start-ups and startups, which when viewed from a distance." It sounds like an interesting thing, but when we look closely we see a rent-seeking and corrupting platform.

"It is not possible to find a small startup business that has been able to grow into a big business, but there are a number of big rent-seekers in the middle who are devouring businesses and creating conditions with their connections," he said. When startups are swallowed up, let them be destroyed.

We have created more shows or movies with startups

A member of the board of representatives of the Fars Chamber of Commerce stated: We have created more shows or played movies with startups and we have wasted a lot of money and its output has been zero for the members of the society.

Rahdar also said that the problem we always have with the parliament is that fewer representatives have done economic work and are not familiar with the business literature and do not know what the necessary business rules and regulations are. He said: Which parliament's main concern is removing business barriers? And has it been production? They chanted slogans, but in practice nothing happened.

The economic activist pointed out that last year the Fars Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, with the cooperation of activists, elites and experts in the field of economics, extracted business laws and sent them to the delegates, saying: "We are still waiting for the result."
