Deputy Minister of Industry: At present, the affairs related to sending business advisers from China, Armenia, Oman, Azerbaijan and Russia are being done and the selected people will be sent to the relevant countries soon.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hamid Zadboom stated the following: The plan to send a trade advisor to Turkey, Pakistan and India is on the agenda.
 
Regarding the process of selecting and sending business advisors to the exporting target countries, he said: "The selected individuals will go through various selection stages according to the relevant instructions. Necessary inquiries will also be interviewed in a committee consisting of the Deputy Minister and Director General of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, the Deputy Director of Management and Resources Development, the Director of the Renovation Center, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman of the Chamber of Cooperation. Also, the general and specialized information and programs of these people are examined, and finally, if there are the necessary capabilities and capabilities, they will be sent to work in the target countries as a business advisor.
 
Deputy Minister and Chairman of the Trade Development Organization of Iran added: People who are sent to the target countries as business advisors, in addition to passing training courses related to business activities, are required to spend six months to one year internship in the Deputy Export Markets Development Organization Trade and work at the respective table are the target countries. However, those who have already served at the target country's table are exempt from this course and must contact chambers, the private sector, associations and major exporters to the target countries and examine the problems and barriers to exports and trade with these countries. To gain the necessary experience and information about the target country and be in the process of deployment.
 
Zadboom said: "Currently, the request for the presence of a trade advisor in the countries targeted for export is mostly made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the private sector, including chambers of commerce, associations and active exporters."
 
Referring to the importance of the presence and activity of business advisers in the target countries for these two sectors, he added: "The importance of the activities of business advisors for the private sector is that private sector economic actors consider business advisors as their helpers and companions in target countries." If these people are present in the target countries, their export costs will be greatly reduced and they can use the advice of these people to increase exports and remove existing barriers and problems.
 
The Deputy Minister and Director General of the Trade Development Organization of Iran continued: The public sector and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aware of the importance of business consultants, believe that these people can be a good helper for Iranian ambassadors in target countries due to training and experience.
 
Zadboom said: "Currently, the previous advisers who returned from their missions can still be private sector advisors in the Trade Development Organization of Iran."
