Solving the infrastructure problems of industrial estates requires a serious attention. The development of these estates and solving their problems will definitely lead to the development of the country's industry and the growth of production.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, in recent years, with the aim of decentralizing the city of Tehran, various industrial towns were established outside the city of Tehran so that production workshops and producers could go to these towns.

These towns were supposed to have full facilities in order to reduce the pollution of Tehran in addition to the integration of production workshops, but despite the fact that the producers welcomed the presence in these towns, the problems of these towns still persist.

Industrial estates such as Abbasabad, Varamin industrial estates are among these estates that have many problems. One of the main problems of industrial estates is the instability of managements. For example, in the last 10 years, 11 CEOs were appointed as CEOs of industrial estates in Tehran province, ie even one CEO. The year has not remained in this position.

Another problem of these settlements is the lack of investment. Investment in these settlements becomes justified when the infrastructure is ready and after the completion of the infrastructure, producers can get facilities from banks. In these settlements, they contacted ILNA and announced that they would not accept banks, factories or workshops worth several billion as guarantors.

Another problem in industrial estates is environmental problems and lack of basic facilities. Some of these towns have many problems in disposing of sewage as well as providing the required water and electricity, and if there are basic facilities, they have to buy it very expensively. For example, a telephone line that normally costs 200,000 tomans must be bought for six million tomans in the Varamin industrial town.

Lack of a sewage and effluent system in some towns such as Charmshahr Varamin industrial town and lack of repair of Varamin-Charmshahr road are other main problems of this industrial town.

The future government and the city council can take a big step in solving their problems by passing laws and granting benefits such as tax and customs exemptions to the activists of these towns.

Also, solving the infrastructure problems in these towns requires a serious attention, and the development of these towns and solving their problems will definitely lead to the development of the country's industry and growth and production.
