The chairman of the Chamber of Cooperatives added: "By looking at the history of the check issuer, the recipient of the check finds out whether the person issuing the check is basically able to cash the amount of the check he issued or not, which makes the recipient more confident." . This builds mutual trust between the issuer and the recipient of the check, which can help facilitate business.
